Ms. Doersen is thrilled to be joining the Shaker Writing Center as a co-director this year. In her 22nd year at Shaker, she also teaches 9th grade L&L and Dramatic Literature and Playwriting, and has taught many other L&L classes over the years. Her favorite sport is reading, but when not buried in a book with a cat on her lap, she loves cooking, crafting, and spending time outside with her husband Chris and children Charlie and Winter. She’s excited for a great year in the SWC!
