Asya Akkus

Asya, a junior, is thrilled to be a writing intern this upcoming school year! Pen and paper have always played an important role in her life, from her lab internship reports to school papers to independent creative writing endeavors. She is the president of Business and Investment Club, HeartRaise, and Women’s Studies Club at Shaker. In her free time, Asya enjoys reading classics, working out, and learning more about the medical field. Her favorite book at the moment is Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky. You can find her in the writing center during period 4/5 and on Thursdays after school. She is more than happy to help with lab reports, English papers, French essays for students in levels 2-4, and more!
